Save the Homes

ABOUT

‘Save the Homes’ – a new EU funded project under Horizon 2020 – focuses on increasing buildings’ annual renovation rate by 5% by offering one-stop shop (OSS) services to homeowners. The project will also propose social design by co-creation with the homeowners and will organise the budget and purchasing of renovation kits as well as the preparation of the renovation works. Then the project will monitor the performances to ensure the sustainable quality of buildings and a positive user experience. Finally, Save the Homes will create strong networks and partnerships with local actors.

All this will be achieved by the implementation of OSS Citizen Hub concept. It will offer renovation offices as physical hubs, but also as web-based virtual hubs at local, national and EU level.

UIPI will be mainly involved in providing expertise on the housing market and property owners concerns and interests.
