Economy & Finance

The European Semester is an annual cycle of economic and social policy coordination aimed at preventing macro-economic imbalances and address the budget challenges facing EU Member States. According to the situation of each and every EU country, the European Commission issues specific reports assessing budget, macroeconomic and structural reforms. It then provides EU governments with recommendations for the next year, which might touch upon real estate and housing-related matters, especially with regard to some Member States.
