New Zealand Property Investors? Federation, (NZPIF) is the umbrella body for 20 local Property Investors' Associations throughout New Zealand. Each Association is an independent autonomous body in its own right. In existence since 1995, CFAA-FCAPI is the sole national organization representing the interests of Canada's $37 billion rental housing industry, which houses almost four million Canadian households.
